Stefano is a Supreme Court lawyer, specializing in criminal law, compliance and data protection.
He has in-depth experience and has worked as a consultant in criminal law in intellectual property, corporate, taxation, bankruptcy, banking and professional responsibility.
He has worked in compliance, with a particular focus on law regulating criminal responsibility of institutions under Legislative Decree 231/2001, and he is a member of supervisory bodies for several companies. He lectures in postgraduate and training courses on "231 compliance" (as it is known) and operational management in corporations.
Stefano is a certified Data Protection Officer under the UNI 11697:2017 standard. He regularly teaches in training courses on privacy.
He is an expert in legal matters on the Lombardy Ethics Committee 1, and deals with the handling of data in biomedical and pharmaceutical research.
He is a consultant in the regulation of technologies, with a particular focus on AI, and he is a contract lecturer in the Data Science course at the University of Milan-Bicocca.
Stefano graduated cum laude from the Catholic University of Milan.
