Roberto Bellani

Roberto is a member of our trademark department.

His practice ranges from prior art searches, both national and international, to assessment of the best filing strategies both for national trademarks and for EU trademarks, and recordal of changes of ownership with respective Offices.

Roberto also specializes in trademark surveillance and has built up extensive experience in identifying potential for infringement and in assessing the possible confusability of multiple trademarks, as well as in assessing the chances of success of opposition or invalidation actions.

He has extensive experience of managing national and international clients in a wide-ranging variety of sectors: fashion, automotive, advertising, electronics, food, televised entertainment and telecommunications, computing, and pharmaceuticals.

Roberto graduated from university with a thesis titled “The 'Great Depression' in Germany (1928-1933) in German economic public law doctrine”.
