Gabriella has been a partner since 1997 and the firm's managing partner since 2005.

She assists clients with the strategic management of their intellectual property rights portfolios, at the national, European and worldwide level.

She helps clients to choose the best protection to achieve their corporate and developmental objectives, guiding them over the entire life cycle of their IP rights from preliminary assessments to filing and prosecution, and including anti-infringement and enforcement activities and advice on due diligence and contracts.

Since the beginning of her career, Gabriella has paid attention first and foremost to the needs of the client, who always takes center stage in her work to coordinate the firm's attorneys to ensure that the client receives a service that is tailored, efficient, and unencumbered by unnecessary costs.

Over the years, Gabriella's client-focused approach and her strategic vision have made her a first port of call for foreign and national clients, including large multinationals, research institutes, universities, technology transfer offices, venture capital companies and angel investors.

She assists clients in many different sectors, in particular fashion, luxury goods, design, automotive, sport, furnishings, media, food & drink, cosmetics, e-commerce and large-scale retail distribution.
