Sara is a member of our foreign trademark department.
She has considerable experience in the analysis and management of trademark portfolios, in studying and developing filing strategies, and in preparing and maintaining trademark applications before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and at national foreign Trademark Offices.
She is an expert in the local classification systems of Far East countries and offers in-depth advice on the preparation of tailored lists of product/services based on client requirements.
She also assists clients in submitting replies to office actions concerning formal aspects of European Union trademark applications and International trademark applications before the EUIPO and WIPO.
The experience gained in laws and issues relating to trademark protection in foreign countries enables Sara to offer rapid assistance to clients on many and varied aspects of trademark protection, with the greatest possible efficiency and clarity.
She assists major national and foreign companies operating in various sectors, including automotive, cosmetics, fashion and food, and she also works with small and medium-sized enterprises.
Sara graduated from university with a thesis titled “Graham Greene and the cinema”.
