Radadiana also provides legal services relating to trademark and design law to local and international clients. Her practice focuses especially on pre-filing search analysis, negotiating consent, and anti-infringement activity.
She handles all stages of trademark registration, from filing to prosecution, at national and Community level, as well as before the World Intellectual Property Organization.
Radadiana also provides advice on infringement, drafts validity opinions, manages intellectual property portfolios, and handles renewals of rights.
She also assists clients in out-of-court negotiations and in drawing up agreements, including licensing, distribution, non-disclosure and coexistence agreements.
